Just a quick post as I want to know what your approach is for getting back into training, changing your figure after maybe putting on a few kilos or not getting out of shape in the first place on hols?
The reason,
I was in Australia for all of September so I had to sort out workouts etc and wanted to know what people do to keep themselves or get back into shape?
